Monadnock Mindfulness Practice Center
Since 2002, The Monadnock Mindfulness Practice Center has provided the Monadnock area a quiet environment to learn and practice mindfulness, the art of bringing one’s full attention to the present moment.
Open four days a week, the Center has welcomed as many as 1200 people a year. Individuals who attend sessions come from all walks of life in our community. Basic instruction is provided for all levels of experience with meditation and yoga. Chairs, cushions, mats and benches are provided.
The Center is funded by donations of the participants. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
Regular Weekly Schedule
In-Person classes meet at the Center only. Zoom classes meet online only. Hybrid classes can be attended both In-Person and Online.
