The sittings are on a drop-in basis. No pre-registration required. There is no fee. We operate by freely given donations which pay our rent, insurance and other expenses. All teaching is by volunteers.
Meditation in the Plum Village tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh
We come together to focus on mindful living through sitting and walking meditation, guided by the Plum Village teachings. We conclude with Dharma Sharing, where we practice Deep Listening and Loving Speech, sharing from our hearts.
All practices are led, so no prior experience is necessary. Whether you're new to meditation or have many years of practice, everyone is welcome.
Facilitation of these evenings is shared by the entire sangha and coordinated by experienced local practitioners. We look forward to meeting you!
Wednesday Evening (6:00 – 7:30 pm, In-Person)

Stone Arch Bridge Sangha
We begin with a 7-10 minute gentle warm-up, to get our bodies ready to be comfortable for sitting meditation. Movements are taken from yoga, qigong, and specialized kinesiology, chosen to relax the muscles, activate the Qi, and enhance brain function.
We’ll then have a 35-minute sitting, beginning and ending with a short contemplative quote, with the remainder of the hour being open for questions, observations, and discussion.
Meditation with Movement is a way to transition into the weekend in a relaxed frame of mind - and still have time for Friday night activities.
Zoom and Hybrid classes can be attended online via ZOOM.
