To get reacquainted with Mindfulness Practice, the Center is offering a Re-entry Into Mindfulness Retreat at the Center on Saturday morning, August 27, from 9:00 a.m. to noon. The community is invited to a morning of meditative quiet including sessions of sitting meditation alternating with walking meditation. There will be time to reflect on and share how obstacles like the pandemic have influenced participants’ relationship to Mindfulness in their daily lives.
