For those who might be curious to experience what mindfulness has to offer, The Mindfulness Center, in coordination with Cheshire Medical Center, will also offer an Evening of Mindfulness at the Roxbury Street location on Thursday, September 22, 6:30-8:00pm. The evening is offered by donation. No registration is required.
