The second workshop on developing and maintaining resilience during challenging times, both in the world and in one's personal life. "Resilience means experiencing adversity without submitting to hopelessness or numbing tactics. It’s about consciously checking in when we struggle — instead of checking out."
In this workshop, we will
1. Explore the loving-kindness/compassion meditations and variations on these meditations
2. Offer some powerful attitudes and practices that develop resilience
3. Invite participants to share what has been working for them.
